Sloped Jewelry Box

A custom jewelry box designed as a gift for my client. Built for displaying their jewelry on a carefully designed velvet tray. Built using Poplar wood and exotic dark hardwood trim. Hand drawn pyrography designs adorn the sides to add a touch of personality to the box. The rear of the box is designed with a drawer for any small storage.

Foot Table

I call this a Foot Table, good for those who don’t want feet on their coffee tables or as a small bench in your mudroom. This one is made of common, untreated lumber which I shaped and then stained, then coated with polyurethane for protection.

Trophy Cabinet

This is a custom designed trophy case, built from common Pine, Sande plywood and with Katalox inlays, for that unique flair.

Dice Box

This box was designed for a client of mine to store his extra dice. I previously designed his rolling tray as well. This box features a panel and inlay of exotic marble wood with the main body made of poplar wood.

Black Walnut Curio Box

This box was for a client who needed a place to store some small items. She originally just wanted a rectangular box, but her personality spoke to something a little more exciting in design, so I came up with an octagonal shaped design with a unique face and lid lip and two brass clasps for closing. It is made of dark walnut hardwood. She drew the initial designs for the top and face of the box, I then redrew them and used pyrography techniques to burn them into the wood.

Cedar and Fir Epoxy Top Coffee Table

This is a piece made from reclaimed cedar and fir wood, with an epoxy pour on top.

Small Projects

These are just a few little projects that I’ve made for friends or family.

This is a box made from exotic hard wood known as Bocote and inlayed with another type of hardwood called Katalox.

This is a shadow box with a little wire tree I crafted for my mom as a gift for mother’s day. The box is made from an exotic Mexican hardwood called Granadillo, inlayed with Poplar lines.
